Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation

The inaugural Accelerating Cancer Cures Research Symposium featured presentations by selected Damon Runyon Clinical Investigators and panel discussions focused on the state of the pharmaceuticl/biotechnology industry and challenges of drug development. The meeting was be an excellent opportunity to highlight the achievements of our Clinical Investigators and promote interactions with scientists from our Accelerating Cancer Cures collaborators (Celgene, Eli Lilly and Company, Genentech, Merck, Millennium: The Takeda Oncology Company, Pfizer and The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA)). This event was hosted by Pfizer at their headquarters in New York City.
