Three Novel Approaches to Curing Cancer Win New Damon Runyon-Rachleff Innovation Award

The first recipients of our new Damon Runyon-Rachleff Innovation Award have been selected. This award uses a “venture capital” approach by providing seed funding to young investigators with bold ideas that have the potential to significantly impact the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer. The recipients were selected by a distinguished Innovation Award Committee after a highly competitive and rigorous process. This unique award is also featured in the San Francisco Chronicle.
