Your donation can sponsor a specific Damon Runyon scientist over the course of their multi-year award term. This is an opportunity to make a direct investment in innovative research and to help launch the career of a promising young scientist.
You may select a scientist to fund based on their location, institution, research focus, or type of cancer they study. You will receive regular updates about the scientist’s work and have the opportunity to learn first-hand about their research. With your support, they will continue to conduct important fundamental research and translate insights from the lab into new treatments for cancer patients.

- Damon Runyon Fellowship Award: $300,000 over four years
- Damon Runyon Quantitative Biology Fellowship Award: $240,000 over three years
- Damon Runyon-Dale F. Frey Breakthrough Scientist Award: $100,000 over two years
- Damon Runyon-Rachleff Innovation Award: $400,000 over 2 years + possible continuation of $400,000 over 2 additional years
- Damon Runyon Clinical Investigator Award: $600,000 over 3 years + possible continuation of $400,000 over 2 additional years
- Damon Runyon Physician-Scientist Training Award: $460,000 over 4 years
- Damon Runyon Scholars Program for Advancing Research and Knowledge (SPARK): $61,000 over 1 year
